The Orb of Ascension, behind General DrakkisathĪfter completion, you can quickly zone into Blackwing Lair by running down that same hallway in which you killed Scarshield Quartermaster, right of the entrance to Blackrock Spire. This quest requires you to touch the Orb of Ascension, behind General Drakkisath, final boss of Blackrock Spire. Kill him and he will drop Blackhand's Command, which begins Blackhand's Command.
You'll see several Scarshield mobs, including Scarshield Quartermaster. If you are facing the entrance of Blackrock Spire, turn right and look down the hallway.
